This initiative is designed to give our youth leadership and character development support them now offering them valuable work experience. Our goal is to collaborate within the Circles of Synergy Community, then the school’s career and technical education programs to identify driven students eager to gain hands-on experience directly related to their studies.
Program Details

Student Selection: We will work closely with your school’s career and technical programs to identify students passionate about gaining practical skills in their field. Interns will have opportunities to work directly with industry professionals and business owners, allowing them to bridge their academic learning with real-world applications.

Work Environment: Students will complete assignments either on-site or remotely (when necessary), with all essential software and tools provided. Weekend availability will be crucial to accommodate project needs; however, we will prioritize flexibility to support student schedules.

Professional Growth and Mentorship: Interns will gain invaluable mentorship from established professionals, enhancing their skills and building confidence for their future careers. They’ll also develop character and leadership skills essential for workforce readiness or entrepreneurial endeavors.
