After becoming permanently disabled during the pandemic and facing a deteriorating heart, I grappled with the frustration of being unable to work due to workplace obstacles.
The ongoing fight against inclusivity and division in our world threatened creativity and progress, and I could no longer ignore it. I realized it was time to reimagine what could be, to create a platform where diverse voices, leadership, and creativity thrive.
Thus, I reinvented a 23-year-old business concept, and Circles of Synergy™ was reborn as a community for all to thrive.
